Now we are looking for a Legal Support Specialist to join our team!
What You Will Be Doing:
Handle and protect sensitive information in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Collaborate closely with Client Support, Product, Technical Support, and other departments to ensure seamless legal support and information flow.
Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with current laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations and ensure compliance across all departments.
Provide legal assistance and advice to internal teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to legal matters.
Conduct training sessions for employees on legal practices and compliance requirements.
About You:
Graduated from a legal university/faculty or have at least 1 year of experience in the legal field.
Previous experience in Legal Support role within a corporate setting would be a plus.
Conversational English, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
