At Wealth Wizards, we empower our engineering teams to own all aspects of software delivery - designing, building, testing, deploying, and running the live service. As a Software Engineer, you will participate actively in this. You will contribute to design discussions within the team, write code, pair with others, review PRs, solve problems, and ensure a high standard of quality. You will also assist in monitoring the services in production.
We believe in investing in our team members' development. As a Software Engineer, you will have regular 1-1s, receive coaching, and support for your career advancement. We are dedicated to fostering the necessary skills and knowledge in our team, individually and collectively.
