Commercial Counsel – MENA

Responsibilties

Draft, review, and negotiate digital asset loan agreements, including with traditional financial institutions and other digital asset organisations

Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts in the general digital asset space, including anything from fiat ramps to marketing agreements

Support day-to-day commercial contracting, including service agreements and customer/supply side documents

Work closely and in harmony with product, operations, admin and risk teams to enable existing and new business initiatives across MENA and globally

Monitor, interpret and provide updates on developments in the digital asset space in MENA

Help uplift and train our junior lawyers

Requirements

3-6 years PQE, with direct experience in loan/finance transactions gained from a global law firm or well-regarded in-house organisation

Strong understanding and experience with drafting and analysing commercial contracts

Familiarity with MENA legal frameworks, particularly in UAE and Bahrain
