Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Develop robust PHP code to build new features of varying complexity.
Investigate and resolve complex bugs and maintain and refactor existing codebases.
Offer assistance on technical support queries.
Share your unique knowledge and experience with the development team through code reviews and technical discussions.
Consider and implement security and performance best practices in all code you produce.
Enhance the user experience by making thoughtful suggestions and improvements to projects.
Create powerful PHP potions in the Tebex alchemy lab.

Requirements

Eligibility to work in the UK.
5+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel, with a deep understanding of various development approaches and design patterns.
Proficiency in automated testing (PHPUnit, feature tests, etc.).
High standards and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Receptive to feedback and open to new ideas, with a collaborative mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges.
Excellent potion brewing and alchemy skills; experience in harvesting invisible salamanders is a serious plus.
