What you’ll be doing?

You will be the founding member of a new full-stack team and work closely with other leaders in the company to solve the most pressing problems.
Building Koyfin’s customization and dashboard capabilities to enable users to create fully personalized versions tailored to their needs.
Take ownership of critical, highly complex components, such as the data grid (an Excel-like table) or charts, which are mission-critical to Koyfin’s platform.
Enhance the application’s performance to achieve maximum speed and scalability.
Help set and maintain engineering standards in the team and across the company.
Participate in engineering planning and grooming sessions, influencing key steps of the development process like feasibility, planning, and execution.
Influence the strategic roadmap in collaboration with product and design teams.
Assist in recruiting and building a high-performing engineering team.

Who we’re looking for?

8+ years of experience working with server-side technologies and languages like Javascript, Ruby, Go, Python, or Java.
Experience working with technologies across the stack, modern UI frameworks like React or Vue.
Experience building large-scale applications with real-time synchronization.
Previous experience in a SaaS company writing customer-facing code.
A strong work ethic with a bias for action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, curious and collaborative.
