What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and review invoices for healthcare services
• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with standards
• Track and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records and communication logs
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection
• Cooperate with U.S.-based teams to improve billing processes
• Generate internal and client-facing financial reports

What You Bring to the Table

• A strong attention to detail
• English communication skills at B2 level or higher (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance
• Confidence using Excel and accounting or billing software
• The ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
