You will leverage your expertise in risk modeling, compliance, and scenario analysis to inform and enhance AI systems tasked with identifying and mitigating risks. This is a unique opportunity to contribute domain-specific knowledge, helping AI align with industry best practices while working in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and quantitative modeling to inform AI system development.
Annotate and structure a variety of risk scenarios to train and validate AI models.
Evaluate the accuracy and performance of AI systems in detecting threats and compliance gaps.
Collaborate with data engineers and AI trainers to ensure robust data validation and anomaly detection processes.
Monitor emerging regulatory changes and integrate compliance requirements into risk identification frameworks.
Develop detailed reports and documentation outlining findings and recommendations for AI risk models.
Facilitate knowledge sharing to ensure AI systems reflect current industry standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in risk assessment, risk modeling, or a related analytical field.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to risk management.
Expertise in scenario analysis and forecasting, with ability to anticipate emerging risks.
Demonstrated proficiency in data validation and anomaly detection methodologies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to synthesize complex risk concepts into actionable insights for AI training and evaluation.
Critical thinker with a passion for advancing technology-driven risk solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience contributing to AI or machine learning projects within risk management.
Familiarity with risk-related data annotation, labeling, or quality assurance practices.
Advanced degree in risk management, statistics, finance, or a similar discipline.
