Job Description

Growth Forum Malaysia is looking for a passionate, self-driven individual to join us as an Outreach & Partnerships Executive. This is a fully remote position focused on expanding our reach, building partnerships, and engaging changemakers across Malaysia and ASEAN.

You'll play a critical role in growing our network, engaging institutions, and ensuring more people access the right opportunities through our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage outreach lists to grow our subscriber base
• Engage universities, NGOs, and institutions for partnership or event collaborations
• Manage Growth Forum's social channels (LinkedIn & Instagram)
• Execute simple digital campaigns, online events, or briefings
• Track campaign engagement and maintain basic CRM records

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in student groups, CSR, digital marketing, or NGO work is an advantage
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Brevo/Mailchimp, or Notion
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Must be based in Malaysia (Malaysian Only)

• Monthly salary: RM2,300
• Bonus structure tied to performance and outreach KPIs
