Basic Qualifications

Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to articulate technical challenges and solutions to a broad range of audiences; technical and business.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent.
Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading complex projects to resolution.
