Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect on sprint planning.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to develop user stories and guide UAT.
• Assist with the Salesforce Helpdesk in Jira.
• Take ownership of critical system components, becoming a Salesforce expert.
• Gathering requirements based on business use cases
• Create clean and elegant solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Maintain essential documentation.
• Lead and participate in calls with the internal Salesforce team and key business contacts.
• Manage deployments of new functionality.
• Review Salesforce release documentation and assess its impact.
• Monitor data quality in Salesforce and suggest resolution processes.
• Provide ad-hoc user support and training as needed.

Required Skills:

• Competent with Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, and SOQL Queries
• Proven experience in developing Lightning Web Components and applications in a variety of settings
• Some knowledge of Visualforce would be beneficial to support legacy applications but not required.
• Proficient in Custom Objects, Junction Objects, Roll-up Summary, and Formula Fields
• Able to follow best practices in maintaining Profiles and Permission Sets
• Solid skills in building Flows, including Record Triggered and Screen Flows
• Confident with Validation Rules
• Experience with Record Types and how they impact and benefit a system
• A deep understanding of Products and Price Books – any CPQ experience will be highly beneficial
• Comfortable working with Cases, Opportunities, and Quotes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong data analysis skills, including working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel
• Salesforce Experience Cloud knowledge (Beneficial)
