Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in building and scaling data-driven SaaS platforms. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of a next-generation platform, with a key focus on integrating intelligent, autonomous systems. You'll apply deep full-stack expertise across both product and AI infrastructure, helping to drive innovation and performance throughout the entire technology ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and iterate on high-impact applications and services
• Develop dynamic front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems
• Architect scalable databases and RESTful APIs
• Contribute to the development of intelligent agents and AI-driven features
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, and high performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions
• Architect systems capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users
• Assist in integrating AI components and refining prompt engineering strategies

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying full-stack applications
• Proficient in Python, with expertise in modern backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask)
• Strong front-end development skills (React, TypeScript, JavaScript)
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with building and scaling production-ready software systems
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Bonus Skills

• Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of vector databases and machine learning integration
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
• Background in finance or prior work in fintech
• API-first design mindset and microservices architecture experience
• Exposure to ETL workflows and data engineering pipelines
• Understanding of observability practices: monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Insight into AI agent design and system integration
