We are currently seeking a highly skilled WordPress Web Designer and Developer to join our team. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our diverse range of clients. Reporting to the Directors, you demonstrate flexibility, and have good communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop WordPress websites that are SEO optimized and responsive.
Ensure websites meet the client’s branding and marketing goals to generate leads.
Implement custom plugins, themes, and integrations as per project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Stay up to date with the latest web design and development trends and techniques.

Requirements:

A good understanding of SEO best practices.
A minimum of 2 years proven work experience as a WordPress Web Designer and Developer.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of best practices around website security, speed, and other critical KPIs.
Good industry knowledge&awareness of digital marketing trends and changes.
Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience with WordPress page builders and plugins.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
