Key Responsibilities:

Architect and build backend systems for data ingestion, enrichment, and intelligent storage and support for agentic AI workflows including data-driven reasoning and autonomous task execution
Design APIs to serve structured and unstructured data to downstream services and AI agents
Build scalable data pipelines to unify third-party inputs and support reasoning layers
Work with vector stores and structured databases to power semantic querying and analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and AI leads to ship end-to-end functionality
Optimise for performance, modularity, observability, and scale from day one

Required Experience:

5+ years in backend development with production systems (Node.js, Python, Go preferred)
Fluency with flexible databases like MongoDB and solid understanding of API architecture
Experience ingesting data from external APIs and normalising across varied formats
Familiarity with vector search, semantic data modelling, or distributed systems
Clean code habits, strong testing discipline, and eagerness to design from first principles
Bonus: Agentic experience, background in analytics platforms or data-heavy products
