 Role Overview

We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to become the owner of delivery operations across our engineering, QA, and product functions.

This is not a filler role—it’s a core, long-term position for someone who wants to:

• Drive sprint execution from planning to release
• Work cross-functionally with product, vendors, and leadership
• Use AI and automation tools to improve velocity and visibility
• Help us scale a modern, efficient, hybrid product team

You'll collaborate directly with the CEO and Product Manager to ensure features are shipped on time, bugs are addressed proactively, and delivery workflows are smooth, visible, and constantly improving.

️ Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sprint lifecycle: planning, standups, backlog grooming, QA coordination, retros, and release tracking
• Work closely with the Product Manager to translate priorities into actionable, well-groomed tickets
• Coordinate across our external development and QA vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and velocity
• Maintain and optimize delivery tools (Jira, Notion, Teams, etc.) for clarity and flow
• Use AI tools and automation to reduce manual work and increase visibility (e.g., GPT-based reports, smart status updates, workflow automation)
• Proactively flag risks, scope creep, and technical bottlenecks
• Drive process improvements and delivery rituals across the product lifecycle
• Contribute to documentation, internal runbooks, and knowledge sharing

✅ Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager in a software product environment
• Hands-on experience with sprint planning, agile rituals, and backlog grooming
• Comfortable managing globally distributed teams (especially vendors)
• Fluent in tools like Jira, Teams, Notion/Confluence, and GitHub
• Strong communicator—written, async, and in meetings
• Self-managed and proactive—you're not waiting for tasks, you're clearing blockers
• Passion for systems thinking and continuous improvement
• Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, GPT automations, Jira AI assistants) or excited to integrate them into your workflow

 Bonus (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI tools, communications platforms, or support tech
• Familiarity with QA coordination, test case management, or release readiness
• Background in product ops or product-led growth
