Join a rapidly growing e-commerce jewelry business featured on CBS, NBC, and ABC morning shows. We are hiring an organized and proactive Operations Manager to streamline our product operations and drive growth. This role is highly focused and requires attention to detail, excellent communication, operational excellence, and the ability to tackle complex projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Sourcing & Quality Feedback:

• Collaborate directly with suppliers to spec, source, and ensure the quality of new products.

• Provide proactive feedback to suppliers to continuously improve product quality and consistency.

2. Product Launches & Site Management:

• Coordinate with the creative team to successfully launch 20-30 new products monthly.

• Manage ongoing site updates ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimal user experience.

3. Inventory Management:

• Utilize internal forecasting reports to place timely bulk orders.

• Efficiently manage inventory levels and component stock at US-based warehouses to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.

4. Team Management:

• Effectively manage and delegate tasks to virtual assistants (VAs) to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication skills, both with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or related roles.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects.

• Experience managing virtual assistants or remote team members.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in the jewelry industry, particularly related to sourcing.

• Familiarity with Shopify Plus.
