About The Role

We're looking for a curious and motivated Developer to join our development team. In this entry-level role, you'll contribute to the ongoing development and support of our customer, owner, and internal-facing websites and systems. You'll work closely with experienced engineers, learning best practices and gaining hands-on experience as you grow your technical skills in a supportive environment.

As a Developer, your day-to-day role may include:

Assisting with the development of web applications and features
Writing clean, maintainable code under guidance from senior team members
Contributing to testing efforts and helping to identify bugs or issues
Participating in team meetings, code reviews, and collaborative planning
Learning about our tech stack, tools, and development processes
Continuously improving your skills through training, feedback, and mentoring

Ideally, You’ll Bring

A good foundation in JavaScript or TypeScript
Some experience or exposure to React, Next.js, or Express (even via personal or academic projects)
A willingness to learn additional technologies such as SQL, AWS, or C#
An understanding of version control (e.g. Git)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A proactive mindset and a willingness to take feedback and apply it constructively
An interest in writing tests and building quality software
A desire to be part of a team where learning and development are encouraged
