Junior Front End Developer (CRO)

Here at Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well.” As a Junior Front-End Developer, you’ll be an integral part of the UX & CRO team, helping to improve the customer experience by building and maintaining A/B and multivariate tests across our website.

What You Will Be Doing

You’ll collaborate with designers, analysts, and product managers to bring test ideas to life using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and our A/B testing platforms (Bloomreach and Adobe Target). This is a hands-on development role focused on rapid iteration, quality builds, and continuous optimisation, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in the fast-paced world of eCommerce and experimentation.

What We Are Looking For

Someone who can demonstrate experience with Front end development (JS, jQuery, HTML and CSS). The ideal candidate will have experience in Bloomreach (jinja) and Adobe Target, strong attention to detail and be familiar with tag managers.

• Build and deploy A/B tests across our websites
• Build personalisation experiences within Bloomreach and Adobe Target
• Work closely with UX designers and our CRO analyst to ensure clean builds and robust QA
• Translate test briefs and wireframes into working experiments (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Use Jinja (Bloomreach’s templating language)
• Support the team in debugging test issues and ensuring cross-browser and mobile responsiveness
