Accountabilities

Build, own, and deliver major front-end features for an AI-powered video creation platform using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define scope, break down problems, and iteratively ship improvements.
Occasionally contribute to back-end code (Python/Flask) to support full-stack feature development.
Evaluate the impact of your work using internal data frameworks to align with business and user goals.
Lead architectural discussions, mentor teammates, and ensure long-term scalability and performance of the codebase.
Contribute to building an engineering culture centered around ownership, velocity, and technical excellence.

Requirements

7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
Expertise in front-end development with React, TypeScript, and building complex UI interactions.
Experience working at scale in fast-growing environments (scale-ups or high-performing tech teams).
Ability to contribute across the stack; back-end support in Python/Flask is a plus.
Familiarity with enterprise-grade SaaS products, especially in areas like billing, video delivery, real-time editing, or collaboration tools.
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
Prior experience leading small teams or owning large features is a strong plus.
