ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Senior ITOM Technical Consultant/Developer to work remotely.

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team and help drive the implementation and delivery of end-to-end automated solutions. As a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom discovery patterns and service mapping solutions using ServiceNow’s ITOM platform.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000

General Description of Benefits

• Must be a US Citizen per contract and possess a current Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent
• Must be able to solution and develop complex Discovery Patterns and Service Maps ServiceNow platform. 
• 3+years; ServiceNow development experience in ITOM.
• 5+ years; ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, and/or equivalent.
• ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certifications.
• Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
• Consultant in 3 or more ServiceNow implementation projects
• Knowledge of JavaScript within ServiceNow.
• Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients.
• Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services.
