Study Start Up Associate - Remote

ICON is seeking a Study Start Up Associate to join their growing clinical research organization. This role focuses on supporting clinical trial activities, primarily site activation and patient recruitment, working in collaboration with the Site Activation Partner and PRAs. The Associate will deliver Investigator Initiation and Study Start Up in compliance with relevant regulations and good clinical practices, providing technical and logistical support to the Site Relationship Partner.

Requirements

• 2 years relevant experience in clinical research field
• Initial submission experience
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodologies, ICH/GCP, FDA and local country regulation
• English fluency is necessary for reporting to a foreign manager
