In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for client success, managing relationships, coaching your team of technicians, and delivering impactful automation solutions that transform businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Client Relationships: Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, working closely with CEOs and department heads to integrate automation and streamline their operations using HubSpot CRM and other tools.
– Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your team of technicians to ensure seamless project execution and professional growth.
– Strategic Impact: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, then design and implement tech-driven solutions that free up their time to focus on growth.
– Hands-On Problem-Solving: Oversee the creation and optimization of automation workflows, ensuring systems are efficient and aligned with client goals.
