Middle/Senior/Staff Kotlin Developer

As a Kotlin Developer, you will play a key role in executing ambitious programmes aimed at transforming core banking systems. You’ll collaborate with highly skilled colleagues, working on cutting-edge technology stacks and contributing to high-impact projects that shape the future of banking operations.

• Develop and enhance banking systems using Kotlin within a hybrid cloud environment (OpenShift, hybrid cloud).
• Implement TDD, CI/CD practices to ensure high-quality, automated deployments.
• Engage in strategic initiatives to improve or replace existing systems, delivering real value to the organisation.
• Expand your domain knowledge within the investment banking sector.

• Proven experience with JVM languages, especially Kotlin.
• Experience with data-intensive projects and scalable architectures.
• Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge in banking and financial services.

• Familiarity with OpenShift, hybrid cloud environments, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines
