Mid Weight Product Engineer

Are you an enthusiastic Full Stack Software Engineer with a passion for the Frontend? Do you enjoy working collaboratively with people to solve challenging problems with robust and clear code?

If so, we are looking for a Mid-Weight Product Engineer to join our team. Working for one of the UK's best-loved holiday brands, you will help to add features and functionality that wow our guests and support our staff.

You can be based anywhere in the UK for this role, as long as you’re happy to travel occasionally to meet up with your team and stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

Working as a Product Engineer in our F&B Squad you will:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features and enhancements.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products.

• Demonstrable experience working in a software engineering role featuring Next, Typescript, CSS, Playwright, Vtest
• Good working knowledge of TDD and other testing practice
• Familiarly with APM
• Previous experience of teamwork in a cloud-first environment
• A core understanding of digital products – user cases, users, interactions to build the right solution for the customer

As part of the UKs leading holiday operator, we are responsible for designing, developing and deploying new and exciting applications to provide a truly, digital first experience.
