We are partnering with a leading Web3 infrastructure provider who is seeking experienced Rust Engineers to join their team. This is your chance to work for a company building the future of financial infrastructure with projects across blockchain and tokenisation.

This role is UK/EU remote. You’ll be working with cutting-edge technology in a high-growth environment, shaping the next generation of Web3 solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing blockchain components in Rust (subnets, bridges, interoperability).
• Building smart contract deployment and tooling for financial use cases (CBDCs, RWA, regulatory).
• Ensuring secure, high-performance Rust code across open-source projects.
• Collaborating with blockchain engineers, product, and security teams.
• Staying ahead of emerging Rust and blockchain innovations (ZKP, MPC, PQC).

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years professional experience in Rust (production scale).
• Strong systems programming skills (memory, concurrency, performance tuning).
• Hands-on blockchain experience (protocols, smart contracts, privacy mechanisms).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, consensus, and compliance.
