We are seeking a Frontend Developer to join our team and provide technical leadership. Alongside developing new features and fixing bugs, the successful candidate would act as the voice of the development team within the design process, contribute to the business and technical refinement of new features & tasks, and play a key role in ensuring the team adheres to best-practice code quality standards.

What you will be doing:

Developing new user-facing features, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Upholding a commitment to code quality by setting & promoting high standards, conducting code reviews, and offering constructive feedback
Contributing technical insights and expertise to the overall design process and making tactical design decisions when gaps are identified in the planned designs
Identifying and resolving issues within the codebase, troubleshooting errors, and contributing to bug fixing
Providing technical leadership within the team, aiding decision-making, and guiding less experienced developers

What you will need:

4+ years of professional experience developing frontend applications using React and Typescript
A strong understanding of frontend packages such as Material UI, Styled Components, Redux, GraphQL, and similar libraries
Familiarity with Frontend build tooling, such as Babel, Webpack, Vite & npm
Experience in writing unit tests to validate the code against functional specs
Awareness of best practices in UI/UX and responsive design
