Overview
Your Role
We are seeking an Account Manager, Growth Accounts to join our global commercial team. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of mid-tier customers (growth accounts) to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of CalcuQuote solutions. You’ll act as the main point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships, ensuring value realization, and uncovering upsell/cross-sell opportunities. The position requires a balance of customer success management, commercial growth, and proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Account Management: Own relationships with assigned growth accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
– Growth & Revenue: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; achieve assigned renewal and expansion targets.
– Customer Engagement: Conduct regular business reviews, share best practices, and serve as the voice of the customer internally.
– Collaboration: Partner with Customer Support, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
– Data & Reporting: Track account health metrics (usage, adoption, support trends) and provide actionable insights.
Goals of the role:
– Churn: Minimize customer churn by retaining logos (unique customers).
– Net Upsells: Drive recurring upsell/cross-sell growth across assigned accounts.
– Managed Revenue: Maintain and grow total managed revenue (recurring and/or non-recurring) for owned accounts.
Daily KPIs
– Customer Engagement: ≥90% of customers contacted within the last 30 days.
– Quarterly business reviews/check-ins conducted with each account.
– Response Time: 100% of customer emails responded to within 24 hours.
– Account Health: Maintain account health scores at or above target thresholds.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
– Experience: 1-3 years in account management, customer success, or related area (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
– Skills: Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
– Attributes: Proactive, analytical, customer-first mindset; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
– Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), SaaS subscription models, or electronics manufacturing industry.
– Main language: English (French is a bonus)
