🔹 The Role

We’re hiring a Backend Developer with experience in VPN infrastructure to help us architect and scale our foundational systems. This is not a maintenance role — you’ll be building core APIs, wallet systems, and secure VPN layers from scratch.

You’ll:

• Deploy/manage VPN protocols (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPSec) in production
• Architect backend services for authentication, routing, and monitoring
• Build APIs for trading, P2P, wallet ops, deposits/withdrawals
• Collaborate with infra + product teams on compliance and resilience
• Write tested, modular code (PHP/Laravel primary; Go/Rust/Node.js welcome)
• Optimize across multi-region deployments (Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD)

🔹 Requirements

• 2–4 years commercial backend experience (Laravel preferred)
• Hands-on production deployment of VPN infra (WireGuard/OpenVPN/IPSec)
• Strong SQL + networking/security knowledge
• Solid understanding of clean architecture & code principles
• Async-first work style (Slack, Notion, GDrive)
• Able to complete enhanced background checks for compliance

🔹 Nice to Have

• Crypto/fintech platform or exchange experience
• Blockchain node integration (Infura, Alchemy, self-hosted)
• Monitoring experience (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix)
• Fluent Ukrainian/Russian or strong English

🔹 Compensation

Competitive hourly contractor role — aligned with Eastern Europe market rates and experience level.
