🎯 The Role

Location: Remote (United States); Type: Full-time; Start Date: ASAP

We’re hiring a Consensus Engineer here in the US — a strategic builder and thinker who will help us design, launch, and scale our blockchain from zero. This is a rare opportunity to assist in working to architect a new blockchain platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with with our global teams including the executives, engineering, research, GTM, operations, marketing, and people teams between North America and Asia.

🛠️ What You'll Do...

Heavily engineering and applying existing consensus protocols
Collaborate with the global team build out next gen solutions
Optimize and develop existing systems based on new research insights.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in cryptography and blockchain technology.
Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews.

✅ You Should Have

Preferably Ph.D. (will consider Bachelor’s based on experience) Degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Information Security, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Consensus Engineer with strong programming skills
Preferably personal and professional understanding and/or experience with Consensus protocols
Prior experience in development at the Consensus layer projects or open-source cryptography contributions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
