Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Crypto Listing Sales Agents to source and close token listing deals. Ideal candidates have a solid track record in crypto business development, token sales, or exchange partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Source and approach promising crypto projects
• Present the benefits of listing on ProBit Global
• Manage all communications with project teams
• Coordinate internally for smooth onboarding
• Monitor token markets and competitor exchanges

Requirements

• Professional experience in token listings, exchange sales, or crypto fundraising
• Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• Prior listing experience with a crypto exchange is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Note: Personal crypto interest alone is not sufficient. Industry experience is required.

Compensation

• Commission-only (no base salary)
• High earning potential based on successful listings
