We 10x annually. Treasury commitments are doubling quarterly. We’re on track to power $1B+ in builder funding within 24 months. The platform is working - now we need a product designer who can help simplify and scale it.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Product Designer to take ownership of Thrive’s end-to-end user experience. You’ll work directly with our Head of Product, Design Lead and tech team to turn strategic goals into clean, intuitive, and high-impact user flows.

This is a high-leverage IC role for a designer who’s excited by early-stage energy and complexity - and who wants to help shape the visual and functional layer of the most important funding engine in Web3.

You’ll design experiences across our protocol interface, reviewer tools, dashboards, ecosystem views, and more - always balancing usability, scalability, and beauty.

What You’ll Do

• Design core UX/UI flows across the Thrive platform - from onboarding to milestone tracking to reviewer dashboards
• Translate product specs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Maintain and evolve Thrive’s design system in Figma
• Ensure all designs are responsive, dev-ready, and aligned with Thrive’s visual brand
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Contribute to product decision-making by advocating for user experience
• Support microinteractions, animations, and usability polish across all shipped surfaces

• Thrive’s platform becomes a benchmark for clean, intuitive, and elegant UX in crypto builder tools
• Core experiences — onboarding, milestone tracking, dashboards — are redesigned for clarity, speed, and conversion
• A unified design system is created and maintained, enabling faster, more consistent shipping across teams
• Builders, reviewers, and partners can navigate Thrive’s interface with zero friction and minimal onboarding
• Every product launch lands with polished UI, responsive design, and thoughtful microinteractions
• User engagement, application completion, and milestone success rates measurably improve through UX enhancements
• You become the go-to owner of Thrive’s functional design layer — from Figma to dev handoff to launch polish

Key Qualifications

• 3–6 years of UX/UI product design experience - ideally in early-stage startups or Web3 platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across dashboards, workflows, and interactive UIs
• Highly proficient in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping)
• Able to design elegant experiences within complex systems and constraints
• Confident presenting designs and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable with fast iteration, limited specs, and async feedback
• Bonus: familiarity with Web3 flows (wallets, TXs, DAO tools, contributor dashboards)
• Based in Lisbon (preferred), or available to collaborate across EU time zones
