At Waltio, we’re on a mission to bring trust and structure to Web3. Since 2019, we’ve built the #1 crypto tax app in France — 55,000 active users, €3B in assets tracked, and two-thirds of French crypto investors rely on us every year.

After launches in Spain and Belgium, our next stop is Germany. And that’s where you come in.

Over the next two years, we aim to support more than 200,000 European crypto investors. Once we have secured leadership in crypto taxation across Europe, our next chapter will be to expand into crypto wealth management.

What You’ll Drive

• Put Waltio on the radar in Germany — fast
• Land 10-15 strategic partnerships with advisors, influencers, or crypto medias
• Spark the first wave of German users (early traction goals set together)
• Make sure our product feels at home in Germany — compliant and user-friendly
• Lay the groundwork for a long-term presence and future local team

How You’ll Do It

• Strategy & Insights: shape the market entry approach, track what works, and adjust quickly
• Business Development: open doors, close partnerships, and leverage your network
• Localization & Compliance: guide adaptations for German users and share regulatory insights
• Ecosystem Building: represent Waltio in the German Web3 space, from meetups to media

Who You Are

• You’ve launched or scaled tech products / project in Germany before, preferably in Web3
• You have a good knowledge of crypto industry (local exchanges or influencer or web 3 tax & accountant) — and know how to connect with them
• You have some marketing experience (SEO, partnership, influencer marketing, paid media)
• You’re entrepreneurial, results-driven, and love building from scratch
• You speak German and English fluently
• You’re based in Germany and understand the local crypto market inside out

Selection Process

1. Introductory call (15 minutes)
2. Interview with Head of Marketing (2hours including case study)
3. Interview with CEO (1 hour)
