Responsibilities

• Support community operations across Chinese social platforms such as Xiaohongshu (小红书), Zhihu (知乎), Weibo, and Bilibili.

• Research trends in AI tools, developer communities, and Web3 ecosystems in China.

• Help create localized content, including posts, guides, and educational threads tailored for Chinese audiences.

• Assist in managing influencer/KOL collaborations and community feedback collection.

• Monitor content performance metrics and report insights weekly.

Requirements

• Familiar with Chinese social platforms and understands content tone & style for young tech users.

• Interest in AI tools, Web3, or fintech trends or basic knowledge is plus

• Strong writing and editing skills in Chinese; basic English communication ability is a plus.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with international teammates.
