Overview

VSL Media – the creative collective of more than 10 passionate freelancers – is looking for a full-time video editor (m/f/d) who not only strings together frames but also makes stories tangible.

Whether it’s dynamic social media content, emotional image films, or rhythmically edited commercials – with us, you won’t get rigid processes, but rather creative freedom, true teamwork on equal terms, and projects that leave an impression.

Your workplace will primarily be our office in Würzburg. We also offer the option of working remotely from home – for maximum flexibility while maintaining a consistently good working environment.

Tasks
Editing & post-production of (mainly) reels & ads – fast, dynamic, platform-compatible

Design & implementation of creative ideas – from the first draft to the final export

Think along, not just participate – we are looking for creative minds

Optional: Project management & responsibility – if you want to grow beyond the average and manage projects independently

Qualification
You should have editing experience in CapCut, Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve .
You have already done projects in the area of ​​Reels & Ads
You are creative and think
You are familiar with social media and are informed about trends
