We’re seeking a Growth & Content Marketer to lead Gelato’s content execution and bring an AI-first approach to the marketing function. This is a high-visibility, execution-focused role where you’ll work directly with our Head of Growth to create compelling content, scale campaigns, and pioneer AI-led marketing workflows across Web3.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage content across blogs, case studies, newsletters, op-eds, and social channels.
• Repurpose long-form content into digestible formats like threads, newsletters, and short-form updates.
• Build thought leadership and narratives that position Gelato as the trusted infrastructure partner in Web3.
• Develop and refine AI-driven workflows to accelerate content creation, distribution, and analytics.
• Support campaigns around product launches, ecosystem events, and major announcements.

• Crypto native: active user of DeFi protocols and strong familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem.
• 2+ years of experience in Web3 marketing, content, or growth roles (infrastructure experience preferred).
• Proven ability to generate ideas and produce high-quality content across multiple formats and channels.
• “AI-native”: fluent with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Midjourney, Gemini, and motivated to apply them in workflows.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal handholding.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across a small, fast-moving team.
• Hungry to experiment, learn, and take ownership in a high-impact environment.
• Location: Europe or North America, with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with CET.
