Talent Scout Coordinator (Bali Based)

Position Title: Talent Scout Coordinator 

MUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING IN BALI (in or near Canggu area). Please DO NOT apply if you are not based in Bali. 

Location: Bali  

Work Hours: 3 to 6 days per week. Saturday availabilty is ideal. Usual business hours are 9:30am to 6pm AEST

Reporting Into: Senior Talent Coordinator

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: Hourly wage plus commission

About the Talent Coordinator Role:

• Working remotely but part of a team based in Bali, Indonesia (so there will be some face to face mett ups with the Bali team). 

• Communicate daily with talent, parents, clients, and team via video meetings, email and phone.

• Process new talent applications and conduct online interviews/auditions with the talent (of all ages, kids to adults based in Australia).

• Calling and emailing to follow up with talent contracts and payments.

• Onboard talent once they have signed with us, assisting them to book in for their photoshoot & onboarding session.

• Manage general enquiries, customer service and day to day admin tasks.

• When required, assist the team to package briefs and present talent for opportunities.

• Stay up to date with industry changes and best practices, including staying in the know with the clients we work with and the type of work we get for our Talent.

• Assist the team with other exciting projects as they arise!

Key Skills & Experience:

• Must have experience in sales, customer service, and administration type role/s. Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or PR is also great. 

• Excellent English communication skills, comfortable working across email, phone, and video calls.

• Adaptable to working with both kids and adults- you're a real people person, loves a good chat and customer focused.

• Ambitious, motivated by KPI targets, and a team player

• Highly proactive, organised, and tech-savvy

• Enthusiastic, positive, highly adaptable, and resilient
