Intro

Growing a DeFi ecosystem is a core pillar of our stablecoin strategy. We’re looking for a degen marketer who’s hungry to help bring over $60M in DeFi TVL into Kaia - pushing us into the top 50 chains by TVL and beyond.

You’ll also have the chance to build a standout success story with a major Asia-based chain backed by LINE and Kakao - one of the fastest-growing ecosystems in the region.

What’s Kaia

Kaia is a high-performance public blockchain that brings Web3 to the fingertips of hundreds of millions across Asia. Formed through the merger of the Klaytn and Finschia blockchains, initially developed by Kakao and LINE respectively, Kaia is Asia's largest Web3 ecosystem integrated with the Kakaotalk and LINE messengers, which together have over 250 million users. This enables users to experience Web3 with the ease and speed of Web2 within their favorite messenger superapp - to connect, create, collaborate, and contribute to the ecosystem.

In September 2025, Kaia unveiled its stablecoin strategy to position itself as Asia’s leading stablecoin infrastructure provider. The strategy aims to address fragmented financial rails across the region, expand stablecoin adoption in multiple local currencies, and lay the foundation for a unified, interoperable Web3 economy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the launch of vault products on Kaia with seven-figure incentive campaigns
• Contribute to the broader GTM strategy and assist in execution for both Kaia and its ecosystem projects
• Own Merkl integration and design DeFi incentive programs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Web3 marketing or growth
• Deep familiarity with DeFi protocols (lending, AMMs, yield platforms, etc)
• Strong presence or deep understanding of CT (TweetScout score 500+ preferred)
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate GTM plans into clear, actionable steps
• Low-ego, execution-focused, and thrives in fast-moving environments
• Existing relationships with top DeFi KOLs, podcasts, or research firms

Nice to Have

• Experience managing on-chain campaigns or analytics dashboards
• Prior work on stablecoin, LSD, or yield-layer projects
• Comfort working cross-functionally with ecosystem, marketing, and data teams
