The Role

As CEO, you will oversee the company’s strategic, operational, and commercial direction. You will lead a distributed team, set clear goals, and ensure accountability across all business units — from technology and product to marketing and partnerships.

You will work closely with the board and senior stakeholders to define priorities, manage growth, and deliver consistent results across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s strategic roadmap across product, marketing, and operations.
• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional remote team.
• Oversee financial management, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen product-market fit through data-driven decision-making and user-centric development.
• Lead partnership and brand positioning initiatives in key markets.
• Represent the company with investors, exchanges, and regulatory stakeholders.

• Senior leadership or founder experience within crypto wallets, custody, DeFi, or fintech.
• Proven track record in scaling operations and teams globally.
• Deep understanding of security, compliance, and UX standards in digital finance.
• Strong operational discipline and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Demonstrated success in building execution-driven, high-accountability cultures.
