What You’ll Do

• Manage and support key VIP clients, ensuring smooth transactions and strong retention

• Analyze trading data and promote personalized strategies

• Develop business from major clients and drive asset growth

• Represent us in high-level client interactions

What You’ll Need

• 1–2 years in VIP client management, preferably in crypto, exchange, or Web3

• Understanding of contract/derivatives trading preferred

• Excellent communication and responsiveness

• English proficiency; Chinese a plus
