About the Role

We are seeking an in-house/Remote Senior Data Strategist — a visionary data leader who can bring structure, foresight, and clarity to every decision we make.

This role is central to how Spartans operate: turning data into direction, metrics into movement, and insight into execution.

You will design the full analytical backbone of the company — from player metrics and PSP performance to operational reporting — and partner directly with the CEO and executive board to drive measurable improvement across all verticals.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect Spartans’ global data strategy, ensuring visibility across every revenue, player, and system metric.
• Create and manage real-time dashboards that reflect the company’s live operational health.
• Deliver actionable insights that directly inform product, operations, and finance decisions.
• Build predictive models to identify trends, risks, and opportunities before they occur.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources (providers, PSPs, affiliates) into one unified analytical framework.
• Define KPIs, reporting standards, and governance processes that support disciplined execution.
• Lead a small in-house analytics team, setting the benchmark for precision and performance.

Ideal Profile

• 7+ years in data strategy, business intelligence, or performance analytics within gaming, fintech, or high-volume transactional environments.
• Strong experience building internal analytics systems and reporting infrastructures.
• Mastery of visualization and analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Strategic thinker with commercial awareness — understands how data drives growth, compliance, and efficiency.
• Excellent communicator capable of presenting to board and executive leadership.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai full-time.
