Work Location: Dubai (Preference for candidates able to travel or be stationed in the Middle East)

Role Summary:

As a key member of our exchange’s institutional business division, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining institutional clients in the Middle East (including third-party partner institutions, market makers, hedge funds, HFTs, OTC institutions, etc.), and driving the implementation of institutional products (such as market making, brokerage, OTC, custody, and third-party partnership services) in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and expand institutional client resources in the Middle East, build a pipeline, and drive contract signings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients: understand their needs, develop customized institutional service solutions, and coordinate internally (with product, compliance, operations, and marketing teams) to complete client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with existing institutional clients, drive trading volume growth, product renewals, and cross-selling.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the digital asset institutional space in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and business events to enhance brand and institutional business influence in the Middle East.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience as an institutional account manager or institutional sales, with preference given to those with experience in digital assets, crypto exchanges, custody, or market making services.
• Familiarity with institutional products of digital asset exchanges (e.g., OTC, market maker programs, institutional accounts, custody services, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English, enabling seamless collaboration with the company and international teams.
• Existing network of institutional clients in the Middle East (preferred), with an understanding of institutional client needs and service practices.
• Excellent business judgment, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
