Key Responsibilities

– Manage customer inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish. – Provide information on account management, loan processes, investment options, and financial advice. – Assist customers with account setups, troubleshooting issues, and service-related queries. – Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping purposes. – Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to effectively resolve customer issues. – Stay updated on financial industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information.

Requirements

– Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. – Prior experience in customer service, especially within the finance or banking industry, is preferred. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. – Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries. – Aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. – Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications. – Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity, with a willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
