As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the critical infrastructure that powers our services. You’ll work on exciting projects with complex challenges in a unique space, delivering solutions that have real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

Perform hands-on development and actively contribute to the code base, including peer reviews.
Support the Delivery Lead/Project Manager in developing project roadmaps and communicating timelines to customers.
Liaise with the Product Owner to manage the product roadmap and assess the impact of changing requirements.
Identify technical risks and opportunities, proactively developing plans to mitigate or realise them.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience developing software in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Understanding of cloud-based architectures in AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of database technologies like SQL, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.
