Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager for the Japanese market with a proven track record of 0-to-1 expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic GTM Execution: Formulate and execute regional business strategies, setting and achieving OKRs while maintaining a high marketing ROI (e.g., ROI 20%.
• KOL & Channel Leadership: Build and manage a matrix of 300+ local KOLs and establish standardized contracting and operation playbooks.
• Institutional Partnerships: Secure win-win partnerships with key local entities, media outlets, and blockchain projects to drive brand exposure.
• Full-Funnel User Growth: Lead large-scale campaigns (anniversaries, sports events) to drive signups and FTDs, optimizing conversion rates (Signup to FTD) through tiered referral and volume-boost strategies.
• Market Operations: Oversee regional financials and manage cross-functional teams comprising full-time members and freelancers.
• Product Localization: Provide data-driven insights to improve product iterations, focusing on the unique UI/UX and regulatory preferences of Japanese users.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university (e.g., Tohoku University or equivalent). A background in technical or algorithmic fields is a plus. 1
