The Role

We are hiring a KOL & Streamer Growth Manager to scale Owl.Games through streamers, influencers, and creator communities.

This role requires existing, active creator relationships.

We are not looking for someone starting from zero.

This position is not focused on SEO, casino review sites, or mass CPA traffic.

What You’ll Do

• Activate and manage existing relationships with KOLs and streamers
• Recruit additional creators through your network
• Negotiate creator deals:
• Monthly retainers
• Lossback / wager-based sponsorships
• Hybrid revshare models
• Design and execute streamer-first campaigns
• Track performance from views → signups → deposits → net GGR
• Identify and remove low-quality or fake-volume creators
• Work closely with product, CRM, and creative teams
• Attend industry events when relevant

What We’re Looking For (Mandatory)

• Proven experience working directly with KOLs or streamers in crypto casino / iGaming
• Existing creator connections that can be activated immediately
• Strong understanding of creator deal structures and traffic quality
• Fluent English (Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Italian are a plus)
• Highly execution-focused, not theory-driven

This role is not suitable if your background is mainly:

• SEO or content marketing
• Casino review sites
• Link-building or arbitrage traffic

We are focused on trust-based creator partnerships.

What Success Looks Like

• Creators activated within the first 30 days
• Real depositor traffic (not bonus hunters)
• Positive net GGR per creator
• Scalable, long-term creator partnerships

Compensation Schedule

• Monthly Base salary
• Performance bonus based on net GGR generated from creator traffic
