The Role

We’re seeking a KOL Business Development Manager to expand our global presence by forging meaningful partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and projects in the crypto ecosystem. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love building long-term relationships, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and partners in the crypto industry.
• Negotiate and manage partnership contracts that drive user acquisition and brand growth.
• Develop strategies to expand BingX’s presence across different European regions through KOL/influencer marketing
• Track performance metrics, analyze ROI of KOL campaigns, and optimize strategies for growth

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, influencer / KOL partnerships (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Understanding of crypto trends, user growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets (preferred).
• Fluency in English + one additional language preferred: Spanish, Polish, Czechia, Slovakia, Belarusian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian, Ukrainian, Portuguese, and so on.

Compensation:

• Attractive base salary
• Performance-based commission: earn additional incentives based on results
• Total potential earnings: $4,000 – $14,000 per month
