ROLE OVERVIEW
The Project Coordinator oversees installation projects from contract approval through completion, ensuring scheduling, material coordination, crew management, and customer communication run smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage full project lifecycle from sale to completion
– Coordinate scheduling, crews, and material delivery
– Maintain accurate records across operational systems
– Provide proactive communication with customers
– Resolve scheduling and operational challenges
– Confirm completion and support payment collection

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in project coordination or construction operations
– Strong communication and organization skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments

TECHNICAL & SOFTWARE SKILLS
– CRM, spreadsheets, and project management tools
– Experience with QuickBooks or inventory systems is a plus
– Ability to coordinate across multiple systems

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
– Highly organized and detail-oriented
– Strong problem solver and communicator
– Comfortable managing operations remotely
– Must have a professional remote work setup and reliable internet.
– Strong Virtual presence with excellent communication skills (English C1/C2).
