We’re looking for a late co-founder (CMO / Growth) to own how Teneo shows up in the world!

The role

Not a marketing hire. A seat at the founding table. You take full ownership of narrative, growth, community, brand, and go-to-market — and you ship it. You sit with the founding team, shape strategy, and translate what we’re building into messaging that moves users, developers, and enterprises to action. Hands-on leadership.

• Full-scope marketing, growth, and ecosystem
• User acquisition, engagement, and retention across crypto, AI
• Narrative, content, thought leadership, developer education
• User journey end-to-end — website, landing pages, dashboards, agent console
• B2B marketing for enterprise adoption of Agent Console and Consumer SDK
• Market intelligence — competitors, trends, community signal

You

• Have founder experience or true end-to-end ownership
• Are Web3-native — protocols, infra, crypto GTM
• Can make deeply technical products feel simple and inevitable
• Self-starter who thrives remote and moves fast
• Ready to lead through TGE and beyond
