Dev.fun | Remote (SF preferred, not required) | Full-time | Reports to CEO

About Dev.fun

Dev.fun is the curation and distribution layer for apps built with AI. Build directly on our platform or use your favorite tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit) and upload to Dev.fun. Our SDK lets projects track and surface verified traction so builders can get discovered, grow an audience, and raise.

400K+ users. 30K+ apps launched. Partnerships with Polymarket and the Solana Foundation. Backed by Colosseum, Hack VC, and IOSG. Early stage, lean team, moving fast.

About the role

We’re hiring a DevRel / Growth to be the face of Dev.fun across the vibe coding and AI builder ecosystem. DevRel, events, community, growth. One role.

The gap we’re filling: millions of people are building apps with AI every day, but most don’t know there’s a way to launch, monetize, and raise around what they’ve built. Your job is to find those builders and show them the path from “I shipped a thing” to “I launched a thing,” and help them obsess over product-market fit, not just views.

What you’ll do

Developer relations & community

•      Be Dev.fun’s face in the vibe coding and AI builder community, online and IRL

•      Build relationships with developers, creators, and AI native builders shipping with tools like Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Claude Code, Bolt, and more

•      Engage with AI agent builders and human+agent workflows. This is where things are going

•      Bridge Web2 and Web3. You can talk to builders without crypto jargon and show them why Dev.fun is where they should launch

Acquisition & growth

•      Test acquisition channels: hackathons, events, partnerships, content, collabs. Figure out what actually converts builders onto the platform. Kill what doesn’t work, double down on what does

•      Own event strategy when events are the play: planning, partnerships, promotion, execution

•      Partner with Web2 AI/vibe coding communities to co-host and cross-promote

•      Rally the right people around launches. Know when and how to tap KOLs, communities, and builder networks

•      Shape how Dev.fun shows up to Web2 audiences: positioning, messaging, channels

•      Fill gaps week to week: content, outreach, event logistics, whatever needs doing

What success looks like

First 30 days: You’ve plugged Dev.fun into your existing network. Builders you know are already checking out the platform. You’ve posted content, shown up at an event, and have a plan for what channels to hit next.

First 90 days: High-quality builders are shipping and launching on the platform. You’ve tested multiple acquisition channels and know what’s converting. You own the metrics.

Requirements

•      You’ve shipped something with AI tools. You use Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Claude, or similar regularly and can vibe code a working prototype

•      You’ve grown something before: a community, a developer program, an audience. We care about results, not years of experience

•      You’re already tapped in. You know who’s building what, what tools are trending, which communities matter, and what’s about to blow up. You’re not catching up, you’re already there

•      You can’t help but share what you’re seeing. You’re the person who posts the new tool before anyone else, breaks down what’s happening on X, and genuinely loves being online and in the conversation

•      Natural relationship builder. You network effortlessly and people want to work with you

•      Crypto native. You don’t need to have worked in Web3, but you live in it: you use crypto, you get the culture, you understand attention cycles and token dynamics

Nice to have

•      Based in or connected to SF’s tech and AI scene

•      Content creation chops: tweet threads, demos, build-in-public posts, event recaps that people actually engage with

Compensation

•      $80K–150K/year depending on what you bring to the table

•      Meaningful token allocation with vesting. Real upside tied to the platform’s growth

•      Remote-first with travel budget for key events
