Lead UI / UX Full Stack Developer (React & .NET)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and maintainable full stack solutions using React, .NET (C#), and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams 6product management, UX/UI design, and implementation specialists 6to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Architect and implement new product features and modules for web and mobile platforms.
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering technical excellence and best practices.
• Contribute to the integration of AI/ML and GenAI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) into our products.
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and security across all solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovations to enhance our product suite.

What We 2re Looking For

• Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, modern front-end frameworks, and .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#).
• Proven experience leading or architecting complex full-stack solutions.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Galileo, Figma, GitHub Copilot, Midjourney) and cloud environments (preferably Azure).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
• Track record of delivering high-quality, accessible, and user-centric interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience with cross-platform app development (.NET MAUI, Swift, Kotlin).
• Familiarity with GenAI API integration, Semantic Kernel, or MAF.
• Professional certifications in Azure, .NET, or UX.
