🎯 What you’ll do
design, build, and improve core game systems
write and review production code
debug and fix complex live issues
set technical standards through example
You’ll own systems end to end: idea → implementation → QA → release → live ops. You’ll work daily with engineers, QA, product, and art – driving decisions through technical clarity.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not management.
